My name is Hayley and I am a Raw Food Punk. To me that means I don’t follow any rules and I eat what I want when I want to. The truth of the matter is, however, that more times than not, I want to eat raw foods. This is because I know I benefit so much from eating raw, unprocessed foods. Improved health plus better skin and a fit body are sure to come your way when you strive to eat a mostly raw diet.
This blog is here so you can have a little peek into what my life is like. I’ll give you information that I find helpful, tell you what I eat and how I feel about it, answer questions, ask questions, provide product information, etc. etc. Feedback is always welcome and please let me know if you have any questions, or requests of information you’d like to see on this blog.

Hi Hayley-
Thanks so much for your blog. I really enjoy reading your trials and tribs. You’re great at keeping it real! I do 2 raw meals a day and allow myself one cooked on if I feel the need. Dogma and I don’t get along very well either! Thanks for your inspiration.
