Day One:Success!

Day one of my more stringently raw life was quite successful! I was slightly tempted by the coconut cookies at work.  But only very slightly, otherwise I ate well and I feel good.  Here’s what I had:

7am: 1 Banana

1130am (How I went that long without food is beyond me): Plate of mixed greens with a chianti vinaigrette, grilled zucchini and eggplant, and a few bites of red rice with water chestnuts

230pm: 1 honey crisp apple of awesomeness

3pm: 1/2 larabar

630pm: 2nd 1/2 larabar

730pm: 1/4 head of green cabbage with raw teriyaki sauce

Im a bit hungry and I think I could use a bit more food so I may do some stovetop oil popped popcorn or maybe just some detox approved dark chocolate…Not bad, not bad at all! 🙂
